The total number of AssetCo ordinary shares of 1p each in issue is 149,292,970 of which 5,354,770 are held in treasury. The total voting rights attaching to the Ordinary Shares in the Company is therefore 143,938,200. This figure is the number that shareholders should use as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, AssetCo shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The total number of AssetCo ordinary shares of 1p each not held in public hands is 47,627,982 (31.9%). The ordinary shares are admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company's AIM-listed shares.
